HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

  1. To add an item to your Shopping Bag, simply click on "Add to Cart” from the product page.
  2. To view the items in your Shopping Bag click on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, click the wastebasket icon located to the right of the product in your bag. Your Shopping Bag will automatically recalculate your total.
  4. To change the quantity of an item in your Shopping Bag, click "edit" located underneath the quantity.
  5. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase.

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH CHECKOUT.  WHAT CAN I DO?

HOW DO PACKAGES APPEAR WHEN SHIPPED?

We respect your privacy and send all packages discreetly in plain packaging. There are no stickers or promotional slogans on the packaging other than those of the post carrier or delivery company.

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service at support@hipmod.com within 24 hours of placing your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order after the initial 24 hour window or your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait until your order arrives and ship it back to us in original packaging to receive full refund. Your will be responsible for all shipping costs. Your order will be considered canceled once you receive confirmation from hipmod

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Because our items and promotional products are made to order and are considered closeout items, they not eligible for return. Refunds are approved ONLY if the item arrived defective, damaged during shipment or not something you ordered in which case we will exchange the item, provide store credit or issue refund (excluding shipping costs).

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and you would like to exchange or receive a refund - Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the original sender. 

Please send us an email at support@hipmod.com with a clear photo of the defective item and a detailed description of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving this information, we will determine whether your item is eligible for an exchange or refund based on your request.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are processed as they come in. Due to extremely high demand, it may take longer than usual to process your order. However, most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We take all necessary steps to ensure your order arrives in timely manner. However, due to extremely high demand for our products, current shipping times are longer than normal. Depending on your location it may take 15-28 days to receive your order. You can always check the status of your order by visiting https://hipmod.com/pages/contact-us and entering your email and order number to get the real-time order updates.

MY PACKAGE IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your tracking information says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information. If you are still having troubles, please contact us at support@hipmod.com for further assistance. 

I PLACED AN ORDER AND DID NOT USE THE PROMO CODE? CAN YOU HELP?

Sure, no problem, please email us at support@hipmod.com and we'll issue a refund for the amount equal to the savings if you did use the promo code. Please note that once the promotion expires, we CANNOT issue discounts after the promotion ended. It must be an active promotion for you to be eligible for the partial refund. 

In a case the promotion ended, we can issue store credit. This policy is approved on case by case basis. Please email us support@hipmod.com for best course of action. 

SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

Don't panic, it is most likely on its way but was shipped from a different fulfillment center. Since we ship worldwide, some items might be shipped from seperate locations for optimal shipping process. If the missing item does not arrive 5-7 days after your first order, please contact us at support@hipmod.com for assistance. 

I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS I RECEIVED

If you received the correct item, opened the package and used it, then it will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 

Because our items and promotional products are made to order and are considered closeout items, they not eligible for return. Our products are sourced from all over the world and we ship worldwide so depending on your location and the type of item you purchase, some orders might ship from United States while some items might ship from other countries i.e. China, India, Thailand, etc
